1 and 2 nights reservations 100% deposit non refundable.

3 or more nights a 50% deposit applies and refundable as below.

Refundable of 3 nights or more nights reservations only
30 days cancellation prior to arrival a
25% of deposit will be refunded.

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, Nandina Guest House will refund the applicable amount.
Nandina Guest House levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed.

Deposits paid via electronic transfers must be confirmed in 48 hours or booking will be canceled.

Breakfast packs on request only prior on arrival is available at R70 per person extra and will be handeld as extra on your accommodation bill and must be paid in full before arrival.
